Preparation –
Mix all the dry without the baking powder.
· Place the apples and banana in the eggs. You can convert the banana to smash unsweetened apples – the same amount.
Mix well. Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Mix in the baking powder. · Bake for mini-muffins and bake for 25 minutes.
The cookies brown and slightly brown.
